When you message or call us
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, number, question and medical reports. We use it only to respond to you, arrange your care or give the second opinion you asked for. Calls are answered by Faisal, an AI assistant, who records your message for the team.
Who sees it and how long we keep it
Only Dr. Alhazmi and authorized team members see your information. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. We keep messages and reports until Dr. Alhazmi deletes them, and we delete them sooner if you ask.
Your rights
